In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "777as" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" means the online gaming platform operated at https://777as.bio, including all casino, sportsbook, live dealer, and slot services made available thereon.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" means any individual who registers a 777as account or otherwise accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual user account created upon successful registration on the 777as Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money PKR funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matched-deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a specific 777as promotion.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-money stake placed on a casino game, sports event, or any other product offered on the 777as Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, which 777as applies to confirm a Player's identity, age, and source of funds where required.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency in which the 777as Platform operates.
• "Licence" means the international gaming licence under which 777as operates and which subjects the Platform to binding regulatory obligations including player protection standards.

By registering an Account on 777as, logging into an existing Account, or placing any Wager through the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, as well as any supplementary documents referred to herein, including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an Account, access the Platform, or place any Wagers on 777as.

To register and maintain a 777as Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 777as enforces a strict minimum age requirement and undertakes age verification as part of the KYC process. Registration by any individual under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be registering on your own behalf as a private individual. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.

• You must not already hold an existing 777as Account. Each player is permitted one Account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual may be closed without notice and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information. Any material misrepresentation at the time of registration constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure.

777as reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any stage of the registration process or thereafter. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified by 777as may result in Account suspension pending verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

You acknowledge that 777as will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 777as Support immediately.

• You must notify 777as promptly if your registered contact details change, including your email address or phone number.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether by you or any third party accessing your Account with your credentials.
• You must not allow any other person to use your Account, including family members or friends. Allowing a third party to use your Account constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You must ensure that your Account balance is not used for any purpose other than legitimate personal gaming on the 777as Platform.

All deposits and withdrawals on the 777as Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Transfer. 777as does not accept deposits from payment instruments not registered in your name.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your Account Balance within three minutes of a confirmed transaction. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation from the receiving institution, which may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements must be cleared or forfeited before a withdrawal of real-money Balance is initiated.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where technically possible.
• 777as targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals once internal approval is confirmed. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to standard inter-bank processing windows.
• 777as reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily extend processing times.

777as may from time to time offer deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, referral bonuses, and other promotional offers to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, plus any specific terms published at the time of the individual promotion:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn or transferred to your real-money Balance.
• Wagering requirements specify the total value of Wagers that must be placed before Bonus Funds convert to withdrawable Balance. Specific multipliers and eligible games are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at a higher rate than live dealer games or sports bets. Game contribution rates are published in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are available to one Account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Circumventing this rule by registering multiple Accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• 777as reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a bonus has been credited, the Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account but any real-money Balance will be unaffected.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, or in circumstances where 777as reasonably suspects promotional abuse, will be voided and any winnings derived from such bonuses will be forfeited.

All Wagers placed on the 777as Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in which they are placed. In the event of any conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms and Conditions, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to game outcome determinations, and these Terms and Conditions shall prevail with respect to account management, payments, and conduct.

With respect to sports betting on 777as:

• Odds are subject to change up to the point at which a Wager is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of Wager confirmation are the binding odds for that Wager.
• In-play (live) markets are subject to temporary suspension during key match events. Any Wager placed during a suspension period will be voided and the stake returned.
• In the event of a match or event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum playing time required under 777as sportsbook rules, all Wagers on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless specific rules for that market state otherwise.

With respect to casino and slot games on 777as:

• All casino games use random number generators that have been independently audited and certified for fairness.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round will be reconstructed from the server log and the outcome applied accordingly. Where reconstruction is not possible, the Wager will be voided and the stake returned.
• 777as is not responsible for any disruption to gameplay caused by your internet connection, device failure, or third-party network issues.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 777as Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place Wagers or interact with the Platform without human intervention.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in published odds, or game malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through a known exploit will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any conduct intended to manipulate the outcome of a bet or game.
• Using the 777as Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. 777as is required by its Licence to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant regulatory authority.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing 777as staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or distribute any part of the 777as Platform or its proprietary content.

777as is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that allow Players to maintain control of their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 777as Account holders directly from within the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777as Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any part of the 777as Platform or its content.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use the 777as name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of 777as intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777as shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill arising in connection with the Platform or these Terms and Conditions.
• Any interruption, suspension, delay, or failure of the Platform attributable to causes outside the reasonable control of 777as, including but not limited to telecommunications infrastructure failures, power outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or third-party payment provider outages.
• Any loss arising from the use of your Account by an unauthorised third party where that access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes 777as's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The total aggregate liability of 777as to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the real-money Balance held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

777as collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used by 777as for the following primary purposes: account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud detection, responsible gaming programme operation, and where you have consented, promotional communications. 777as does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777as holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be referred to the dispute resolution procedures set out by the relevant licencing authority.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute, Players are required to contact 777as Support and allow a reasonable period for the matter to be resolved through the internal complaints process. 777as will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights as may apply under the laws of your country of residence.
